In the middle of my set my DDJ-SX3 and Serato freezes and nothing works. I called online support and they said to go to parts.pioneerelectronics.com/sx3 to send them a request and send my DDJ-SX3 back to get repaired. While I was on that website I saw that the ones that were defective did not have a black dot beside the serial number, well mine has a black dot beside the serial number. Is there any other reason why everything would freeze like it is.
