Hello folks,
Experiencing issues with my FX1 rotary encoders.
Effect 1 (far left encoder) on the left side of the controller does not work at all. Effect 2 (middle encoder) on the left side will control both effect 1 and 2 at the same time.
The on and off button for effect 1 still works as it should, I just can't control the value of the effect unless I use the effect 2 encoder.
This problem first came to my attention after setting up my controller at home after using it at a bar for a party recently. Does anybody have any trouble shooting tips for me to see if I can rectify the problem.
I am hoping it might just be a glitch or software issue rather than a hardware one.

Could you please try connecting the external power supply and see if this issue persists? If so, please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or serviced.

Are you using the SR2 with the external power supply or just USB power?
Hi, I am not using the external power supply. It is powered using the USB from my computer.
Hello Pioneer, I'm having exact same problem, and I always use external power supply when I play. What's your suggestion to fix this?
If using a different USB cable or USB port doesn't resolve the issue, per above, please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
