Hello everyone. I have a problem that I hope all of you can help me solve. I have a DDJ SX and a DDJ SZ and use both with either platform. I had to reload the OS on my windows based machine (WIN 7 Pro) and now neither platform wants to work with the DDS SX but will work with the SZ The program will open and will allow me to load a track but when I press play, I get no audio and the track will move at an incredibly slow speed, almost doesn't move at all. I load a different software platform and it works fine!! What am I doing wrong? I have uninstalled and re-installed both Serato DJ and Rekordbox more than once without success. Help!
That doesn't sound like the drivers are properly configured, or set to the wrong frequency rate.
If I could be perfectly blunt, it's time to upgrade Windows. Windows 7 is now 10 years old, and that means the computer you're running it on is probably 7-10 years old. Just last week, Microsoft even recommended users update to Windows 10 due to a new discovered security flaw. It's time to upgrade.
