XDJ RX tempo issues

Hi all

I love my XDJ RX with fw 2.21 . But i have some special issues with it.

After few hours of playing the actual track has been speed up when i pulled out fader of second track and the pitch fader does not react for a while.

For example - first track is 130BPM and playing out. The second track is 135BPM , sync and quantize is on and when i pulled out line fader of second track the tempo is raising to 180BPM.

PLEASE HELP

That's known as software pickup; you need to move the physical element to match the software position of the pitch in order to make the adjustment after the sync is available for that deck (it is now the master). Chances are the pitch range was at WIDE and you overshot the position you were aiming for, thus winding up at 180BPM.

Please check that this is not a case of user-error, and if it does end up being an issue with the hardware we'll be happy to help diagnose and direct you to servicing if necessary.

The tempo is not working anymore on my XDJ-RX. The software asked me to update the software and so I did. After that suddenly I can not change the tempo anymore on my controller. PLEASE HELP!!!! I need to play tomorrow night. This is a disaster. :(

@Onno > Are you using it as stand-alone or controlling software?

Can you please post a video of the issue so we have a better understanding of what it might be?

I am using the controller together with record box. Where can I post the video please? See below pictures of the problem. Can not move the tempo on my controller.

What happens if you move the pitch fader all the way to the bottom and then all the way to the top and then back to the middle?

I brought the machine home, tried the above (move the pitch fader all the way to the bottom and then all the way to the top and then back to the middle) and nothing happens.

I have another gig next week. Is there any place I can go to fix this problem? I live in Hong Kong. I called this office below. They told me since I didn't by the controller in Hong Kong at their shop, they can't help me. Even I offer to pay for the fixing, they refused.
