No sound on the speakers only on deck one XDJ RX2

I have a really weird problem. I tried to play today and suddenly there is no sound on the speaker from deck one (master clip is working and I can hear it on the headphones) while deck two works fine. It is connected through RCA (master two).

Please help!

I was checked everything that deck one start working when you move cross fader options to thru (doesnt work on other two options). cross fader doesnt work at all.. It looks like a software problem.
