DDJ-SX2 No Sound, No VU Display, Tried Everything
Running latest DDJ-SX2 1.06 FW, latest 2.1.1 Serato DJ
Mac 10.11.6
Tried multiple USB cables
Tried other power supply
Tried different MacBook
Tried reinstalling FW 1.06
Tried factory reset
Tried switching input select PC/PHONO/LINE
Yet.... Still.....
No sound output
No VU display on any channel including master
Seriously is there anything else I can try or do I need to send this brick to a Pioneer DJ Hardware Hospital?

Any other LEDs illuminate during the boot "splash" / post-boot?

Thanks very much for the reply.
The only thing I notice different is the white LED’s in the platters flash quickly about 5 times after the startup sequence.

So it doesn't do the usual "rainbow cascade" through all of the buttons during startup?

Just to add:
Pitch control doesn’t work on DDJ at all (and greyed out on Serato Dj)
If I switch PC/Line/CD on DDJ deck 3, deck 2 on Serato changes to Thru

Sorry. Correct to above:
Pitch control works intermittently (not greyed out at all)
Switching deck 3 PC/Line/CD on DDJ, deck 2 & 3 both go to Thru on Serato at exactly the same time.
Deck 4 on Serato is stuck on Thru no matter which position the input switch on the DDJ is.
Level meters on Serato are working but no level meters on DDJ are illuminating at all. No sound from Serato is getting back to the DDJ.

It certainly does sound like some kind of hardware issue, but I'm waiting to hear back from our product team to give you a definitive answer. Thanks.
