So I’ve had the issue of my controller having major distortion/cutout after about 5-15 minutes into using it ever since I purchased it new, I filed a ticket and ended up having it serviced, got it back and it was still doing the same thing so I assumed my laptop was the issue, had my laptop serviced but there was nothing wrong with it so next I tried wiping my hard drive and only putting rekordbox and some mp3’s back on and the issue still continued, so I tried the controller with my friends laptop and it works so after all that I’ve come to conclusion that it’s the rekordbox software (??) I have less than two weeks before the 90 day warranty is up and I’m stuck with a setup I can’t use please help
