DDJ SR2 - FX2 Left Hand Pot Not Working

The left pot on the FX2 is not working.

When looking on screen the effect level is flickering.

When I turn the middle pot the level on the left goes up too.

Also when I press the shift button it tries to select an effect on the left pot on the FX2 without even pressing a button or turning the pot.

It sounds like the pot itself may require a cleaning or replacement; please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to locate an authorized service shop for repair or replacement of that part.
