DDJ RB NO FUNCIONA CON VDJ

¿Cuáles son las buenas tardías, tengo un controlador de ddj rb y no me da el audio en los audífonos, no tengo que reconocer la firma, cuento con licencia de vjd, tengo la versión más actual, mi computadora es una HP CORE i3 Windows 10 actualizado y aún así no me deja instalar el controlador, ahora instale los controladores y nada. ¿Definitivamente ddj rb no es compatible con windows?

The DDJ-RB is certainly compatible with Windows.
