For the last few weeks the Hot Cue buttons on my XDJ RX (Mk1) are not lighting up and therefore, not able to select. Never had any problems before.
Strangely the marks for the Hot Cues do appear on the Wave Form.
I thought it might have been corruption on my USB sticks, but after erasing them and reloading the Playlists from Rekordbox, the problem remains.
Any ideas?

Is it that...
- the buttons are not illuminating, but when pressed, they function properly?
- the hot cues are not automatically loading to the hot cue slots, but when loaded, the buttons illuminate and when pressed, function properly?
- the buttons are not functioning in hot cue mode, but work properly for other modes?
- the pad buttons do not function at all?
Hot Cue Butttons do not illumate, when pressed, they do not function. Buttons do work for other modes.

Do the buttons work to store a new hot cue?
What happens if you press and hold the HOT CUE button to CALL (load) the hot cues?
Nothing happens.
Let me ask our product team if there's anything that might be preventing it.

Does this happen on both the left and right sides? Our engineers would appreciate if you could get this on video as that would help them diagnose if it's a hardware or software issue. Thanks!
