I sold my DJM-450 to a friend and he's having a hard time installing the license on a second computer. I disconnected the license months ago and it neither shows up in rekordbox dj or on my profile online here. Wondering where I should go from here.
Sorry to hear that, please file an inquiry ticket here; be sure to include the license number and email address you used to register, and we'll deactivate any installations that may be lingering in the system.

Rekordbox is showing active on my system and its already activated on my profile.
i think it deactivated itself of the system.
