Hi, i got new ddj400 and after downloading rekordbox i plug it and its showing ddj400 is disconnected after every 10 second, i am using Windows7 i5, i have disabled intel turbo boost, i have tried all the usb ports, usb3 also, i have tried everything still i am facing this problem.
Kindly look on this matter as so many buyers facing this problem and nobody is getting any solution. The whole excitement of buying a product and using that is gone by these kind of problems, i am also planning to put this on bigger platform if this problem not going to solve soon.

I read one of the comments from you on same problem that try different usb cable, I even tried that, but if u are not confident on the stock usb cable u are providing than what's the use of providing that and giving answers like try different usb cable is not the solution.
@manish > If you've read other posts and found that information, you likely also found that we note that many computers are not capable of providing adequate power over USB to give the controller what it needs. Please test with another computer if possible.
