Recordbox recording internal

Hi, I need some help with recording internally in rekordbox dj performance mode with my DDJ400.

I used the internal recorder to test I had proper levels and I got a recording file in the recordings tree. However, I was not able to drop it into the deck like I saw a youtube video demonstrate.

Furthermore, I saw the file accidentally in my finder on my Mac, but it was "whited" out. I could not delete or play the file.

So, the recorder did record a file but it did not "take".

My question is, are there some setting either in the Mac or Rekordbox dj that I missed.

My specs are Mid 2012 MacBook Pro, I5 processor, and 8 gigs Ram with 500gig ssd. 2.5 gig processor.

Hi pulse sorry didn't get back so soon...at work.

Anyway, I am on Mojave latest version.

I looked in Privacy and Security for Rekordbox to have it access the microphone and camera, but it was not in the list. When I updated rekordbox, it did not ask to access mic and camera. I think that might be the problem. What do you think? Thanks again.

Try resetting the NVRAM and PRAM as some of those settings are stored in there; running rekordbox after doing that should prompt you again.
