DDJ1000 Deck 2 stops passing audio middle of session

Since the update a month or two ago, deck two will just randomly stop passing audio an hour or so into my set.  Its happened multiple times, middle of the song.  It is pretty embarrassing and since my lights run off of rekordbox as well, it then ruins my night as I have to switch to deck 4 which won't run lights

It happened one other time differently than when it happens above.  When I was playing an autoplayist, then loaded a song in deck 1 and started working out of the auto list,  then loaded on in deck two, hit play....lights on the deck show audio is being passed but nothing actually outputs. (Every time this issue happens, It passes audio still in my headphones, so I don't know its an issue until I go to do a transition or it just stops middle of a song).

Same as when it just stops outputting audio middle of the set, lights on the deck show its passing audio but it isn't leaving the deck.  This only started with the 5.5 update I think it was (whatever one was a month or two ago).  

I appreciate any help, Im giving it another go tonight and if it happens again I am going to have to start looking at different options or need a link to revert back to the last version (Which would be a bummer cause the master dimmer is really useful for me)
