HELP DDJ SR No Sound through speakers or headphones (Serato, Mojave

Can anyone shine any light on this problem? I've tried all the recommended fixes from this link: https://support.serato.com/hc/en-us/articles/203189300-Troubleshooting-Connection-Issues-on-OS-X

Basically, the controller connects just fine as it always has and shows audio coming from the channel and the master output.

Yet I get no volume from either my headphones or speakers.

What if you use an AUX input source?

Anything from the BOOTH output?

The booth actually plays volume at an extremely low level.

The aux input source does not seem to work, however this could be because of the cable I was using - I don't have another one to hand.
