Issue with the gain trim on DDJ-1000

Hello,

I own a DDJ-1000 since January 2018, really like it but there is a small issue that upset me.
The sweet spot for my gain is usually between 9 and 10 o'clock, the issue I have is that somewhere in that area there is a sudden jump like a bigger step and I'm often on the edge of that angle. So a very slight move can boost or drop drastically the sound (I'd say +/- 2 to 4 dB).

The controler always did this to me with which ever Rekordbox and firmware versions I had since owning it.

What are your tought on this ? Thank you.

same problem hope we find a solution as impossible to record

I just have discovered that it isn't a DDJ-1000 issue but a Rekordbox issue.

I was using RKB without the controller for preparation purpose and by playing with the gain on the GUI (using the mouse) I found the exact same issue of 'stepping level' around that 9 o'clock position.
