DDJ-1000 won't turn on for 1-2 hours after hard plug reset

After pulling plug from electrical outlet ddj-1000 won't turn on for 1-2 hours.
Is there any switch for 110\220 or something? 
Device was bought in US but I'm using it in Ukraine - Europe socket.
After 2 hours it boots up with no problem and keeps working just as meant to work.

The DC adapters are universal voltage switch-mode power supplies, meaning they can accept 100-240V input to provide the requisite 12V output.

I'm not sure what the issue might be -- have you tried testing the adapter with a multimeter?
