Jog wheel doesn't work on vinyl mode Ddj-400

I own a ddj-400 and today when I turned it on in my laptop, I started using it and the right jog wheel didn't play on vinyl mode, but just was changing the tempo. when I pause the song , it works on vinyl mode, but when the song plays it just changes the tempo. I cannot scratch. I cannot find a solution. I read that if I chsnge the usb port, it could be fixed but didn't. also that from the keyboard settings I could turn on/off the vinyl mode, but it's on. any help on that?
