OMG! I just got mine 2 days ago and I am experiencing the same issue. Have you gotten it to play at all? I've had zero luck.

We'll need a bit more information to provide any kind of support... what OS are you running? If on Mac, when you installed, did you bypass the driver security?
Hi, yes. I did. I'm currently using an apple computer and running macOS Mojave 10.14.5.
The jog wheels are finally corresponding with my choices in Serato and I can use the rotary selectors to move through the library, also- the cues correspond with the cues I have in Serato, I just can't get the DDJ to pay the music. So frustrating.
I've already posted this here, but I'll post it again for the benefit of anyone else encountering this topic...
Do you have DVS mode enabled? I know a lot of DJs miss the fact that DVS mode comes along with the DDJ-1000SRT, and as a result, it's expecting external timecode input ... but you're using the controller, so it sits there. Either switch to INT mode or disable DVS.
Thank you!
Hi I have a pioneer ddj 1000srt. But I’m using Serato on my windows. On deck one I have the pioneer logo on it and on deck 1 on the serato software I have the deck saying in use. On the right deck I have the everything working on it and there’s blue letters saying vinyl. I have downloaded both links from the pioneer website twice and I still have the same problem.
@Yunior > If you have the USB cable connected to USB-A on the DDJ, then chances are the input selector switch for the other channel is on USB-B. Change it over and it will work properly.
