I have recently purchased the DDJ-400, with it I received the Rekordbox license key.
Unfortunately, every time I try to activate the license key it just states "Activation error, Error code: 21"
Can you please advise on the issue
This error happens because you attempted to activate or deactivate a license key without logging in on KUVO. Please go to KUVO > Privacy Settings, then click the "Change" button to enter a correct e-mail address and a password.

I have the same issue, but it says Error Code:5
Then that's not the same issue, is it? ;)
Are you trying to enter the key from the back of the unit? Or are you possibly entering a DVS key into the DJ field?
I'll point out that rekordbox 6 doesn't require a key at all, and we recommend upgrading to the newer version of the software - the DDJ-400 will unlock the software for you automatically.
