This message is a call for help, I bought a pioneer controller in Paris at Univers Son last July.
I used it 10 times including 2 times with a terrible experience, I suffered several sound cuts consecutively at 2 min intervals during my second hour of mixing accompanied by a horrible buzzer then everything came back to the normal after 3-5 sec.
I already had a pioneer by phone who asked me to go see the store to return it to after-sales service, that's what I did. The controller came back intact with a nice word asking me to check my Audio installation. (Very funny)
For information, when the problem occurred I tried to switch to the computer connected to USB B without success! It was all the controller who had frizzed! There was even no sound in the headphones!
I tried to negotiate very nicely with the store, but they did not want to know anything, they explain to me that they must absolutely see the problem at least on video, so I tried to reproduce the problem in my garage , I installed everything I mixed 3 evening in a row for 2 hours each without result everything was perfectly normal. So maybe I’m unlucky, but I’m seriously asking you to help me. I have a totally unstable controller in my hands that I cannot trust at all.
