My ddj rb doesn't recognise input , master and output (I tried everything)

When you downloaded the drivers, chances are you missed these instructions:

You may need to download the drivers again, use the uninstaller tool within, reboot your computer, then install the drivers and be sure to bypass the driver security through the system preferences panel.
