If it doesn't work on deck 3 either, then it's a bad fader and will require servicing. If that's the case, please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired. But if it does work with CH3, then it's a MIDI issue and we can troubleshoot that.
