Another "Pre-listening" issue DDJ200

Hi,

I just bought a DDJ-200 and I would like to know how can I manage two differents songs played on two differents devices ?

I would like to have the master on my laptop (Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6) and the second song in my headphone (via an external sound card) to allow pre-listening, beatmatching for example.

In virtual DJ it was possible to work with "two soundcards", the laptop and the headphone (via an external sound card).

Could you please tell me if it is possible to do the same with Rekordbox ? Which settings do I need to put in order to make this possible ?

Thank you in advance

rekordbox only allows for one audio device to be used, but if you're on a Mac (which it looks like you are), you can create an aggregate device in the Audio MIDI Setup app:

Just click the + icon at the bottom left, add an aggregate, name it, then add the hardware devices you want on the right, in the order of master first device, headphones second device.

Within rekordbox, select the aggregate you just created as the device:

Then scroll down and check that the outputs match 1/2 for master and 3/4 for headphones:

And you're set!
