XDJ-RX2 - NOT WORKING

I tried to put a flash drive to start but nothing happens. When switching on, only the rekordbox button is flashing and does not light any more buttons and the screen also does not light. He probably lost the firmware, so I need the procedure to do a factory reset.

A factory reset will only restore the user-configurable items to their defaults, not re-install the firmware it shipped with. Did you press and hold the USB1 STOP and RELOOP/EXIT button on deck 2 while powering-on the RX2?

I have some issues with my xdj rx2 because that one suddenly stopped and load my songs with three or four seconds before finish.
But, I friend of mine told me that put the machine with one item to refresh the engine and since then my machine it's working correctly.
But now, I don't know if that will be the solution. At the moment yes but now I have time to refuse the item and buy another one. For that reason I, m thinking in what can I do.
Anithing tryed up him machine and the problem was fixed?

Maybe that books refrigerate the machine and for that reason my machine doesn't crash anymore

Because my machine had the same problem than this persons. After two hours suddenly the Xdj-rx2 stopped, it doesn't load the songs, etc.
And, if the problem can be solved getting up a little bit the machine I think the people will be grateful..
