DDJ200 and Rekordbox - cue switches not working properly & channels leaking/bleeding

when a channel is switched off on cross fader and channel volume the track can still be heard

the cue buttons aren’t working correctly. Master switch not really doing anything and the track to be cued can barely be heard as the playing track is coming through even though switched off
