Re-enable Vinyl Mode DDJ RR (PLEASE HELP-GIG TUESDAY NIGHT)
I've done something and now vinyl mode is disabled for both decks. I've reset the preferences, pressed "shift" and "slip" at the same time, created keyboard shortcuts to enable/disable vinyl mode. Nothing works. Please help, I have a gig Tuesday night!!!

When you press SHIFT+SLIP does the blue ring turn on / off in the rekordbox deck display?

Hey, sorry for the bump. I'm on a time crunch.
Yes, it does. and I did it repeatedly yesterday to get it to work, but it wouldn't. Now, just within the last 2 hours, it appears to be working, but somewhat intermittently, like sometimes when I reverse the jog wheel I get track rewind and sometimes I get speed control. And this is sometimes happening within seconds of each other. Is there a way to factory default the hardware?

The jog action not engaging a backspin is more to do with poor grounding. Try simply scratching the track. If it doesn't engage and is acting as a pitch bend instead, put your other hand on the faceplate of the controller and see if it then engages the scratching. If it does, the problem is definitely with the grounding between your computer and the controller, and possibly speakers as well if you have any connected.
