DDJ 1000 and rekordbox licence key and upgrade to 6

Firstly you should check FAQ about rekordbox 6, there is everything explained. Secondly the DDJ 200/400/800/1000 and other listed controllers works as a Hardware Unlock for rekordbox 6, so you won't loose Performance mode, what's more you can even control Performance mode with your mouse and keyboard in the Free Plan which everyone has without paid subscription. If you don't use DVS, RMX, Video, you don't have to pay anything and stick up with version 6.0.0.

I have a problem, when I connect the ddj 1000 nothing happens, the rekorbox works normally with keyboard and mouse but doesnt recognize de controller and when I check my plan I have a free plan. Its not the usb or cable or whatever because it recognize the audio soundcard. Help!!!

Which OS are you using?

I just bought a pioneer ddj 1000 and have the same problem. I am using Mac Os Ventura. Recordbox only recognizes it as midi device but not as a ddj 1000. The buttons turn light purple and music plays through it on my speakers if I mannualy press plas play on the latop itself. I attached pictures comparing the view in the settings of mine and how it should be.
