LED fault (red) of the master tempo

hello

I just bought the xdj xz, but there is a breakdown I think because the led (red) of the Master Tempo of the left deck does not light when I switch on the master tempo but the master tempo works it no worries.
do you have a solution or a manipulation so that the led re-works?

Hey Lolo,

Sorry to hear that -- it could be simply that it was DOA (dead on arrival) and may never work properly. If it's not switching on at all, either during the boot-up sequence, or if the player goes into demo mode, then that's the case. I would suggest you contact your retailer to arrange for an exchange, it would be faster and easier than trying to get it serviced.
