Have you tried logging out of Beatport within rekordbox, restarting your computer, then logging back in?

Beatport Download Error
Hi There,
Just purchased a DDJ 400 and have done everything as per the instructions. Running lastest V5 verion of rekord box and when linking to by beatport account its saying 'Download Error' Been at it now for 3 hours have tried everything including turning off any firewalls etc PLEASE HELP :-(
