DDJ-800 no master in the headphones

Hello, 

I have an issue. Indeed, I can't listen to the master in the headphones but can only hear something pressing CUE. 

Is it a setting problem or an issue with the controller?

Jimmy,

With audio playing through a channel showing activity in the channel meter, and the channel fader open and the master volume turned up to show activity in the master meter, press the master CUE button as indicated here, and make sure the HEADPHONE MIXING knob is set to the 12 o'clock position:
