But how do i keep the order that i wants ?
I want the same order will appear on my cdj..
There’s no easy way to do this, it’s one of the bugs of intelligent playlists dating back to 2015 that’s never been fixed. It has been reported repeatedly on this forum but still, after half a decade, it has not been adressed.
Luckily there’s a work around! It may not be practical for your purposes, and require some work, but I have been using it for years. Select a tag that is not important for you, I use ”comments” where you add a global variable for sorting. I use it to sort all my files in ”energy” order, which I use in many different intelligent playlists based on key.
Start with 1010 on the first file, 1020 (to leave some room between) on the next etc. If you have a huge collection this will be mind numbing work. Now you will be able to sort the intelligent playlists on your global variable, just sort on ”comments” when you start playing and this sort criteria will stick on all players from the Nexus series. On older machines you will have to select sort option for each new song which is annoying but better than not sorting at all.
Hope this makes sense and works for you!
Try this process. Create a new standard playlist to receive tracks from the intelligent playlist. Use the intelligent playlist to sort the tracks how you wish. Highlight the tracks you want, right click and select Add to Playlist, select the new playlist. The new playlist will now have the tracks ordered how you selected them. You can now reorder the tracks in the new playlist how you wish with numbered lines.
I tried this sorting the intelligent playlist by BPM or Year and the new list now has that order.
Hope this helps you.
