Rekordbox no reconoce SB2
Hola, tengo la DDJ RB con licencia de Rekordbox. He visto que puedo utilizar dos equipos con la misma licencia y tengo una DDJ SB2 con otra computadora. He instalado Rekordbox en la otra computadora con mi licencia, he instalado los drivers para SB2 pero al conectar la controladora no la reconoce, no puedo seleccionar ningun track ni utilizar ninguna función desde la SB2., En cambio en audio si me la reconoce. Algúna recomendación? Muchas gracias.
Hello, I have the DDJ RB licensed by Rekordbox. I have seen that I can use two computers with the same license and I have a DDJ SB2 with another computer. I have installed Rekordbox on the other computer with my license, I have installed the drivers for SB2 but when connecting the controller it does not recognize it, I cannot select any track or use any function from SB2., On the other hand, in audio it does recognize it. Any recommendation? Thank you.

I used first rekordbox 6 with no results, after i tried with 4.0 and also failed. I've got windows 10, PC.

It won't work with rekordbox 6 without purchasing a subscription.
It wouldn't work with rekordbox 4 without a key.

As I said before, I already have a License that I use for the DDJ RB, I put the same key into another computer, and into this other computer I plug the DDJ SB2. Is not possible to use a key for another computer and DDJ?

@Santiago > For rekordbox 5, if you entered a key, it would unlock the software for any controller on up to 2 computers. To move it to another computer, you'd need to deactivate that installation.
For rekordbox 6, the software is unlocked by the hardware OR via subscription. If you don't have the RB connected and try using the SB2, it won't work; the RB must be connected to unlock the software.

SO that means that if I use the license key for my DDJ RB and my computer, I cannot use the same license key for the other DDJ RB? Do I need to purchase another key for the DDJ RB? the key is for only ONE controler but two computers, am I right? thanks.

If you are using rekordbox 5, your license can be installed on 2 computers.
If you are using rekordbox 6, any computer you have the RB connected to will unlock the control features.
