Did you just install the drivers for the S9 recently? What is the OS on your computer?

DJM S9 Connection Failed
New to S9 and haven't used Serato in 10 years. I have two 1210s w the control SW provide w the mixer. When I launch Serato it says there is a connection error.
Frustrated and thinking to return and get a Rane 70, which was my initial plan but lost patience. Please help!
