BUG DECK 1 ET 3

hello, when i mix my decks 1 and 3 cut off at once and impossible to restart them, i have a ddj 1000 and i am on mac book. I have a virtual dj license and it's been doing this to me for 3 weeks it also bug on rekordbox.
