USB - FAT 32 file format
Rekordbox unable to detect the USB and which will not allow me to export new playlist to my USB.
suggest next steps
Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Files & Folders (left) > rekordbox (right), make sure Removable Volumes is checked (or Full Disk Access) for rekordbox. If rekordbox is not on the list, click the + and add it.

Wow, these steps magically fixed the problem. Thank you so much for the quick turnaround! now I can export new music into the USB.
