DDJ RX line input CD Canal 4 only one speaker
Hello,
I have a DDJ RX with two Presonus Eris E5 speakers. I regularly use the mixer without rekordbox, by using an AUX cable to canal 4 to play music through a phone or laptop. This has gone well for months, but now lately when I connact, for instance, a phone with the AUX on canal 4, only one speaker gives sound. When I reconnect the same cable with canal 1, 2 or 3 , the problem does not occur. The problem also does not occur when I put canal 4 input on PC and play songs through rekordbox. It only happens at canal 4, and only with the CD input. I tried multiple input devices (phones, laptops) but the problem keeps occuring. I hope this is solvable!

Hi Jay,
I connected a digital LP player with another cable to Canal 4, and the same happened. I also tried using the AUX cable with other Canals, and the problem did not occur then.
Also, when I swop the L R cables, the problem occurs with the OTHER speaker.

If the problem changes sides when you swap both ends of the cable, then the problem is the cable. If you only changed one end of the cable, then the issue is the input.
