I'm using the DDJ-SR2 with Serato DJ Pro on a MBP 2012 with 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD using Mojave OSX.
When using the SR2 I experience random freezes, especially when using the FX knobs on the controller. The audio/videos freeze and won't; work again until the controller is restarted, even then the sound can still have a fuzzy noise to it. This is only cleared when restarting Serato as well.
Ive seen several other similar posts and i'm very worried that this product is unusable at gigs!
The forums aren't exactly the "immediate customer service" channel, which is why we have a variety of other technical support avenues.
There's a specific version of Mojave that is known to cause issues with Serato; please consider updating.
