Rekordbox not detecting an exported USB under devices

Hey guys,

My friend has exported his Rekordbox Libray to USB and plugged it into my laptop. The Laptop is detecting the USB and it showing as a connected device, yet on Rekordbox, under devices nothing is shown so we cannot access his library.

Anyone got any ideas as to why the device holding his exported Rekordbox library isn't working?
