DDJ 400 Microphone?

Does the DDJ 400 have a talkover function or a way to use a mic? I'm playing some lowkey gigs and would like to have a mic, but from what I'm seeing you can't actually use a mic once plugged into the 1/4 mic plug in the back?

Love this controller but would hate to have to pay more than twice the money for basically the same thing (two tracks) in a DDJ 800 just for that pro audio plug option and/or mic usage.

I guess when I bought the 400 I took the mic for granted being that it does have a dedicated mic plug in the back.

There isn't a talk over feature, but have you tried to use the mic and the volume as a stand alone for announcing?

I think I fixed the problem by making my own voice over through my Scarlett solo and changing the audio output instead of plugging my speakers into my computer. Keep monitor on and turn it up, volume and mic work now but I'd love to find a way to run it through the controller
