Per the linked FAQ from the Hardware Unlock devices only text beside where you took that screenshot:
Only the DDJ-RZX, RZ, RX, and RR are eligible for Sequence Save; all other devices require a purchase of the Creative plan as those are the only hardware devices with that function built-in.
