I downgraded rekordbox to 6.4.1 from 6.4.2 and it has fixed my issue

SeguirDDJ 1000 Left channels quiet and loss of body in the sound (SOLVED)
Bought a new ddj1000 6 weeks ago and probably spent 30 hours on it in total, on new years eve I started a set and the left channel was about 20% quieter than the right, I turned up the trim but the sound is poorer quality its like its missing the lower tone of midrange and sounds kind of distorted like it's struggling for quality, I switched over to my turntables and it's exactly the same, I can't think if this has happened since the last update or if I have used it since I updated, has anyone any ideas if its a software problem or my controller is faulty.
thanks
Jim

I was going to ask if you accidentally engaged the filter, but I'm curious as to what might have caused that to occur in 6.4.2. Let us know if it occurs again in the next update.
Been trying for days to login and update this thread when I have been logged in all the time, your site seems to think I'm logged out, clearing history and logging back in has worked, anyway, UPDATE! so I downgraded and thought this fixed my problem as the sound meter looked even when I swapped channels with the same track to find I had lost half of my tracks from my playlists and recordings sounded awful on the left channel still, so after a lot of googling and some very helpful advice on another forum I found swapping my USB socket cured my sound issue (I think) also updating to 6.4.2 bought back all my tracks, I've not had a chance to have a good test but it all sounds good and recordings seem to sound ok so fingers crossed this headache is over and my new £1200 controller is ok.
Sorry about the login issue (typically it's because of cookies and the browser not allowing cross-domain data), but glad you were able to post that you may have solved it.
Let us know how it goes or if you need further help with rekordbox and missing tracks (but don't open/close it too many times or we'll lose the opportunity to use backups!)
Thanks Pulse, all seems fine at the moment, this weekend will be my proper sound test but all my tracks are there and they sound right.
Awesome - let us know if anything changes!
