Ddj 1000

Hello, I just bought a new computer better then the old one I hade and I reinstalled everything correctly(I unistalled and reinstall a few times) , but the ddj 1000 is not responding to rekordbox, if I connect it with my old computer still working, can you please help?  Thank you, Best Regards.
