I recently purchased a DDJ-200 and I've been using it in Rekordbox and practicing. I read the reviews on this product and no one seemed to have and issues. Within the first couple hours of me using the controller the right side performance pads started acting up and when I would click either the top buttons or the bottoms it would act as if I was clicking both the top and bottom so it would try to cue up the same part of the track with two pads or it would play two different effects at the same time. I also tried it in the DJay app on my phone and it did the same thing. I was wondering if I am doing something wrong or if its a faulty product.

Hey Dylan,
Please try using a different USB cable to troubleshoot it being a bad cable. I expect that when you're using it with your phone it's connected to a power brick delivering adequate power (eg. not one for your phone but for higher power such as a tablet)?
