rekordbox dvs one deck not working

hi i've got 2 x 1210's hooked up. both work fine playing normal vinyl. deck 1 also plays fine through DVS. Deck 2 doesn't produce any signal lights on the DVS box. Have switched deck 1 to other input on the box and it works but get nothing on deck 2. as i said it plays vinyl totally fine. i'm baffled.. can send video to demonstrate if that's useful. thanks

Hey Safwon,

If there's no signal input LED showing on input 2, and the turntable that was connected there is working fine on input 1, then I would suspect that the IF2 box is possibly faulty. If it's brand-new, I'd recommend returning it to your dealer for an exchange, otherwise please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
