hey guys so i banged my ddj sz2 platter by accident, the jogwheel sensitivity is active when i touch the jogwheel
i cant scratch, i cant move the platter to go forward or back
i cant use the sides of the platters
and theres some sort of 1-2 seconds contact then it dies again
ive checked online and they said it has some sort of platter and it got bent so i need to open it up and straighten it out with a hammer.

I'll direct you to please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired. Nobody here is authorized to provide the instructions on fixing your controller, and I wouldn't recommend using a hammer to fix it.
