i made changes to artwork on rekorbox but wont refresh even with tag reloaded. seem like tag reload doesnt refresh artwork? how do i refresh artwork? some changes were removing existing wrong artwork to blank (no artwork) but rekordbox still showing old artwork

I'm not able to reproduce this on 6.2
I added an art from within RB and it was reflected that way without reloading tags.
I also used my regular method by doing to Virtual DJ and add it from there. Once that is done I reload the tag and it appeared.
I have done some testing and the issue seem to be mp3 updating from artwork to no artwork or blank.
go to existing file in your library with artwork... use editor like mp3tag and delete artwork.. save. go back and reload tag. it still there. it works if you update or replaces with another artwork but it wont refresh if its blank.
i use rekorbox 6.2.. even backup, clean installed and restore again.. whole bunch of files i deleted artwork still showing old/deleted artwork.
@densma > The album art is stored to a separate file when you import to rekordbox. It could be it's still reading the cached files. Did you try reloading the tags for that MP3 after removing the art from the file using the other editor?
@pulse yes i have done so. reloaded tag. only seem to work with another artwork replacement not empty or just deleting existing artwork.
where is the Artwork stored?
does this happen in your collection or in your exported devices ?
I found find out that the refresh button near the "artwork" tab in the info sections, acts differently to the "reload tag" feature you get right-clicking on the tunes, try that one
@venturibox Both in collection and exported.
if refresh works like you described means i have to do it one by one? but I cant seem to find refresh you are talking about. Artwork tab just have add or delete artwork buttons. delete artwork works. I made changes already.. just want rekordbox to fresh what's on mp3 tag itself and clear the artwork cache
select all tunes then click the artwork refresh, it should trigger all artworks.
@venturibox can you show me picture of artwork refresh? i couldnt see that
yes.. that works. i manually refresh them one by one. just sad no way to do it in group and you are correct.. The reload tag there is different
