How to transfer files from [Collection] into a playlist folder

I have imported 1,500 80's tracks from my external hard drive into Rekordbox.

They appear under [Collection] & [All Audio]

Under [Playlists] I have created a folder called [80's]

How do I get those files from [Collection] into the [80's] playlist

Select the songs you want in the collection, then drag & drop from the collection area onto the playlist, or right-click and select Add to Playlist > [80's] playlist.

When I right click & [Add to playlist] appears there is an arrow that shows my [80's] playlist but it is in grey, not white. As in for some reason I don't have this function available to me.

It wont allow me to drag & drop the file directly into the playlist either.
