It could have been that the settings file was damaged or changed somehow... not sure why? Hard crash last use / system reboot?

Rekordbox5 license suddenly gone from PC
When I started Rekordbox5 on my PC today it started in "free" mode.
And license info was gone. Reentered my licence code (had the licence card) and now it works again. But what happened?

Same thing happend on my laptop now.
I suspect something has removed some file on the PCs
(a cleaning tool or something maybe).
Do you know where the active license info is stored on a PC?
Is it a file somewhere? Or in the registry?
I'd like to backup this file or registry entry if so,
and exclude them from cleaning tools and registry cleaners.
