If you were referring to this thread as your last one where you didn't receive help, I'm sorry - I simply missed that thread. I do my very best to read every post made on the forums but there is so much traffic that there may be some that slip past, especially when I'm away traveling and return to an onslaught of new posts. It could also be that I didn't post anything there because you left the thread with "I will look into the antivirus thing"... but then never posted back. Non-response can sometimes be considered that you solved the problem.
As I noted in the locked thread, there are many users who aren't having problems with Rekordbox and it was not locked because I felt you were trolling, but rather that there would have been no constructive discussion coming forth from that topic. I'm sorry if you felt it was unprofessional or unreasonable for me to lock that thread, but I am here to provide you with technical and customer service, so please allow me to help you out by replying to your other thread with the details from this thread.
